Finland’s most loved boutique experience — two years in a row

We at Hotel Haven are deeply proud and grateful to share that we have once again been named Finland’s Leading Boutique Hotel at the prestigious World Travel Awards.

Widely regarded as the pinnacle of recognition in the travel industry, this honor is awarded based on votes cast by travel professionals and guests alike—making a back-to-back win a true reflection of our guests' trust and loyalty.

What defines a true boutique hotel? For us, it begins with character, intimacy, and a sense of calm. Situated in the historic maritime setting of Helsinki’s South Harbour and Market Square, Haven offers a tailored sanctuary away from the bustle of the city center. Across our 137 individually designed rooms and suites, every detail balances thoughtful design with genuine comfort, inviting you to slow down.

Whether you join us to experience the pulse of the city or retreat for a quiet weekend getaway, our focus is simple: creating an atmosphere that feels effortless, warm, and deeply restorative. We believe the best hotel stays are created when you can simply be—completely at home and in good hands.

"Winning for the second consecutive year is a great honor for us and a wonderful recognition for our team, who pour their hearts into our guests' comfort every single day. We want to deliver Finland’s finest boutique experience time and time again."

— Marika Arnell, General Manager of Hotel Haven
