As the autumn nights grow longer, we turn our focus to the exotic warmth and rich heritage of Caribbean flavors.
Join us at Bar Haven on Thursday, October 29, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM as we dive into the world of fine rums. The evening spotlights Brugal 1888, a legendary rum house that has been perfecting its craft across five generations since 1888.
Closely guarded within the family since its founding, the brand’s legacy and innovations are led today by its first female Maestra Ronera. World-famous for its mastery of cask aging, Brugal uses a unique double-aging technique in the tropical Caribbean climate to create an remarkably elegant, complex, and characterful spirit.
Throughout the evening, you will get to taste four carefully rums as well as a themed cocktail.

Our guide for the evening will be international expert Christian Labbate (Edrington), who will take us behind the scenes of this historic family's passion and the exceptional expertise passed down from generation to generation.

Cancellations and changes to bookings must be made by Oct 27, 2026, at 2:00 PM. For cancellations made after this time, or in the case of a no-show, the prepaid booking fee will not be refunded.
