Safe Stay

The safety and health of our guests and staff is our priority. A safe environment is a prerequisite for everything we want to offer you: experiences, relaxation, a good night’s sleep, tasty food, efficient meetings and memorable celebrations.

We do our utmost for the safety of you and our employees. We follow the guidelines of the health authorities and the guidelines of the government in everything we do.

Our safety and hygiene policy

  • Our employees have been trained to secure your safety. We will tell you about our important hygiene instructions during your stay.
  • We have increased our cleaning efforts. All contact surfaces such as door handles, payment terminals, reception desks and elevator buttons are being disinfected with antibacterial detergents frequently.
  • We pay attention to hand hygiene and we also encourage our guests to do so. You will find hand sanitizers in the public areas of our hotel, at the service counters and in the toilet facilities.
  • We highly recommend card payment instead of cash.
  • We remind our guests to respect the safety distance and make sure that no groups are formed in the common areas.
  • To further ensure your safety, it is important for us to know who our guests are. For this purpose, we may ask you more questions than usual before your visit and thank you in advance for your understanding if this should cause any inconvenience to you.
  • We want to protect the health of our guests and team members and ask you not to visit our hotels and restaurants if you experience any kind of flu symptoms, even the mildest.

Safe Rooms

  • Your room is your room only. Our staff follows strict instructions to keep it clean and safe.
  • We have increased cleaning and hygiene measures in our rooms. We effectively disinfect room contact surfaces such as door handles, light buttons, levels and remote controls with antibacterial detergents.
  • Upon check-in, we will inform you of any exceptional arrangements as well as peak hours in each outlet so that we can prevent congestion and unnecessary encounters with other guests.
  • We recommend that only members of the same family take the same lift. We encourage the use of the stairs.
  • We avoid visiting your room while you are inside and always wear gloves when visiting your room.

  • We will make your dining experience relaxed by following the official guidelines on safety intervals and customer numbers.
  • We avoid queues and prefer table service where possible.
  • We highly recommend card payment instead of cash.
