Day in Haven
We offer two refreshing meeting packages for full day meetings: Day in Haven and Day in Haven Superior. Packages include morning and afternoon meals in the conference room, a delicious conference lunch in Restaurant Haven, and a conference room for your 8-hour use.
Day in Haven meeting package starting from 75 €/person
In the morning
- Löfbergs- coffee and Althaus English Breakfast tea
- Juice
- Savoury coffee bread
In addition to the breakfast setting options, you can choose products at an additional cost of 4.00 €/ product/person:
- Yoghurt and Haven granola
- Mini croissant and Haven marmalade
- Fruity fresh porridge
- Smoothie shot
Lunch in the restaurant
The chef’s two-course lunch is a daily changing menu of the best ingredients of the season, including coffee and chocolate. Lunch is served at Restaurant Haven’s restaurant cabinet either buffet or table service depending on the group size.
In the afternoon
- Löfbergs- coffee and Althaus Earl Grey Imperial tea
- Sweet pastry
- Sliced fruit
Additional information
Meeting package prices are valid Mon–Sat 7am – 5pm. Minimum invoicing for 8 people. Conference room available for 8 hours, price includes space rental. Conference rooms include a projector screen, Wi-Fi and a flipchart. Guests on special diets are taken into account separately.

Half day in Haven -meeting package 60 €/person
Including morning- or afternoon catering served at the meeting room, delicious lunch at Restaurant Haven, meeting room of your choice will be reserved for you for four hours.

Haven 1
The meeting room is located on the first floor near the hotel's main entrance. Max. capacity 24 people. Can be connected to Haven 2 -meeting room.
Haven 2
The meeting room is located on the first floor near the hotel's main entrance. Max. capacity 16 people. Can be connected to Haven 1 -meeting room.
CONFERENCE ROOMS ON THE 3RD FLOOR
Haven 3
Meeting room with a large windows facing the courtyard up to 30 people. The conference room is connected to the meeting lobby.
Haven 4
Located on the third floor, connected to the meeting lobby. Max. capacity of 16 people.
Auditorium
Located on the third floor the Auditorium serves the best for seminars and educational events up to 62 people. Connected to meeting lobby.
